People join BNI Chapters and rarely have a plan for working the program in the most profitable way. They become distessed when they are not getting referrals for an extended amount of time and believe that their BNI chapter is not working for them. There is more to get for and from your BNI Chapter Members that can add value to you and your business.
Have you thought about any of the following;
Collaborate on an E-Newsletter - these newsletters can be sent to everyones clients and contacts
Co-Host Casual Networking Events for each others customers and contacts
Ask your members for Speaking opportunites, these opportunities will set you up as an expert in your field
Display each others products
Invite a member to an event that you may be attending
Get and Give Written Testimonials that you can use on your website, or in your office
There are any number of ways that your BNI members can help you if you only ask, and each of these lead you to higher credibility and profitablity.
Don't just wait for referrals to happen create business with your chapters.
