I am currently on a conference call listening to my friend Kevin Eikenberry discuss his blog, how he has used blogging to grow his business both locally and nationally. I said in my last post that I was going to learn as I go, and I can not think of a better person to learn from than Kevin. He truly lives the "Givers Gain" philosophy, always willing to connect, teach and share.
One of the key aspects of being a good networker is living the philosophy of "Givers Gain". When was the last time for no reason at all, without keeping score, you connected one person to another, shared an idea, mentored another, helped someone out, or gave to others?
Make it your goal everyday to reach out and Give to others, don't just think about the Givers Gain philosophy begin to LIVE it!
