It is that time of year again, BNI International Conference. Networking at its best, people from all over the world come to one place to do one thing, Network. There will be more than 700 people, ranging from National Directors to Ambassadors, all freely sharing and learning from each other.
The thing I really Love about the International Conference is the practice of Givers Gain. Directors share with one another freely what is working in their area, new workshops they have developed, different ways to doing leadership training, better ways of growing chapters and retaining members. They are always happy to make a connection, pass a referral or share an idea with one another.
Remember, as a member of BNI you are a member of an international organization, you can be connected anywhere in the world. Its more than that weekly meeting you go to each week, its bigger than the roomful of people you see every week.
